How can I contract structural engineering services for a sculpture online and inexpensively?

How much rebar should go into a conrete sculpture?

I’m making a concrete sculpture (about 2′x2′x2′) and my thinnest piece so far 1 1/2 inches. How much and what size of rebar will I need to prevent cracks? Do I need to make the concrete thicker?
