How can I lose weight and sculpt and tone up?

I have NEVER exercised in my life and have a few joint/muscle aches and pains.
I am vegetarian.
Please advise me on what to eat/not eat, how often, how much, what exercises to do etc.

1. First step which is very important and must that you must have strong wish to become slim or to loose the weight. You have to understand that you are fat because you want be or you love to be fat. Strange, isn’t it? But its true.

Just make change in third point along with considering whole body weight, you may indivisualy consider about waistline, hips and thighs.
Also in the fourth point, on the visionary board, if you don’t have your own photo with slim body you can use any ideal photo like whom you want to be.

If you want to lose weight and tone up at the same time then you will need to change up your eating habits to speed up your metabolism. Incorporate a small weight lifting routine as well. The idea is to eat 4-6 small meals thru the day instead of the normal 2-3 large ones. This will keep up your metabolism throughout the day which will help speed the process of burning fat.
