I have reduced my weight (thanks to Atkin’s diet)! I do rigorous exercise, including the crunches but for some reason, can’t give my abs the shape that I really want. I want to spare 15 minutes everyday. Any suggestion?

Focus on one each day to target each part of your abdominal wall.
